Emerging from its own compressor housing, Spacebuster is a mobile, inflatable structure that serves as a portable, expandable pavilion.
This provisional space plays with notions of communal and private territories. The bubble can be used for a variety of social and cultural purposes, in past installations the the dome has been used as an eat-in kitchen, it has also served as a ballroom housing a live band and dance classes.
The space will morph into and merge into its surroundings - enveloping lampposts and trees while yielding to building facades or vehicles.
